Heroshot is a tool for designing App Store and Google Play screenshots. You may use it to produce screenshots for any mobile app you own, are licensed to represent, or are authorised to design materials for.

You're responsible for keeping the credentials associated with your account safe and for the activity that happens under it. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (spam, illegal content, attempts to bypass plan limits, etc.) without prior notice.

Pro plans bill monthly per project via Polar.sh. You can cancel from your Polar customer portal at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are evaluated case-by-case within 14 days of purchase. Reach out via our contact form with your order number.

You keep all rights to the screenshots, copy, and imagery you upload or generate inside Heroshot. We don't claim any ownership over your output. By using the AI background generator you confirm that the prompts you submit don't infringe on someone else's rights.

Heroshot is provided "as is." We aim for stability, but we don't guarantee uptime, that AI generations will match a specific intent, or that App Store / Play Store policy changes will leave existing exports compliant. Always review your final carousel before submitting it.

If we change anything material here we'll bump the date at the top and, for paying customers, send an email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
